This 4th of July morning the South County 4th of July Parade kicked off at 9 a.m. and made its way around The Woodlands. The annual patriotic event celebrated its 48th year with the theme “Saluting the Past. Celebrating the Future” and welcomed thousands of spectators who lined the streets of The Woodlands Town Center and Market Street along a 1.3-mile parade route, beginning and ending at The Woodlands Methodist Church. The 93 parade participants included local dignitaries, local marching bands, street performers, fire engines, horses, floats, and so much more.
