On April 19, 2024, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office personnel responded to the address of 10000 block of Twin Circles in Montgomery, Texas in reference to a deceased person. Members of the Montgomery County Narcotics Enforcement Team (MOCONET) also responded to the scene to assist with the investigation due to indications that the individual may have died from an overdose of illicit narcotics. It was later confirmed that the decedent died of the toxic effects of Fentanyl.
