PORTER, Texas – A suspect is currently in the hospital after he was shot by Montgomery County Precinct 4 deputy constables after he pointed a weapon at them. The Precinct 4 Constable’s Office said they pulled over a vehicle at the Fuel Max located at the corner of Valley Ranch Pkwy and Azalea Blvd. in Porter.
