A Houston-area basketball coach was allegedly assaulted by one of his players after subbing him out during a recent game, police say. Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to Willis High School, located about 50 miles north of the Houston metro area, the night of Dec. 5, in response to an assault reported in the schools parking lot, according to a statement released Friday by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
