Judge Lanny Gene Moriarty, a lifelong resident of Montgomery County and former Montgomery County Justice of the Peace, passed away at the age of 71 after battling Alzheimer’s disease. A visitation will be held on November 15, followed by a celebration of his life on November 16, and interment at Pool Cemetery in Richards, Texas.
