Attempted Kidnapping Suspect Apprehended by Dedicated Law Enforcement Team. ***UPDATE 11:37 pm: We are aware of information that shows Jose Contreras has bonded out. This is misleading. Jose Contreras is currently in custody and will remain in custody until his arraignment and bond hearing sometime tomorrow morning. In addition to arraignment, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office has requested Contreras have an ankle monitor if released on bond due to the seriousness of the allegations against him.
