In two to three years, GCP Paper USA Inc. plans to open a facility on 32 acres in the East Montgomery County Industrial Park in New Caney.(Emily Lincke/Community Impact) A 32-acre facility for Mexico-based company GCP Paper USA Inc. is coming soon to the East Montgomery County Industrial Park in New Caney. The $200 million project was announced in March by East Montgomery County Improvement District officials and is expected to bring over 200 jobs to the community.
