MedStar Health’s Montgomery County hospital has a new leader. Medstar Montgomery Medical Center has appointed Emily Briton as president of the Olney facility, starting July 1. She succeeds Thomas “T.J.” Senker, who the same day will shift to the top slots at the system’s Union Memorial and Good Samaritan hospitals, both in Baltimore.
