Montgomery County to replace aging voting machines

Montgomery County is moving forward with a nearly $10 million expenditure to replace the county’s aging voting machines. County commissioners approved the item during its regular meeting Tuesday. The county will finance the machine for 10 years with no upfront payment. County officials, including Elections Administrator Suzie Harvey, began discussing the need for the update machines in November.
