MAGNOLIA, TX — Kelly McDonald has formally announced her candidacy for State Representative in House District 3. McDonald has an impressive background of community service. She has served 6 years as a twice elected Magnolia School Board Trustee, serves as Commissioner for the Montgomery County Housing Authority representing Precinct 2, serves as a Director on the Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Park Commission, and is the Chair of the Government Affairs Council for the Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce.
