Police arrested on Thursday a 19-year-old woman accused of setting two people on fire — one of whom died — after dousing them with gasoline at a Kingwood home. The woman, Emma Presler, was apprehended in Montgomery County on a murder charge in the Aug. 6 death of Devin Graham, who authorities found doused in gasoline and set ablaze. He had burns to more than 90 percent of his body, according to court documents.
