Montgomery County Judge Mark Keough was visiting hospitals Monday as capacity reached critical levels as the number of COVID-19 cases soars. In an internal email confirmed by hospital staff Friday, Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital is currently treating 90 patients in its 20-bed emergency department and another 50 are waiting for intensive care unit beds to open up.
