CONROE, TX — On June 18, 2021, Miguel’s parents filed a missing person report and during the investigation his last known location was in the Conroe, Texas area in April 2021. The investigation also revealed Miguel has a prior history of being a runaway in Harris County. Miguel’s family and friends live in the Houston, Texas area and he has no known ongoing ties to Montgomery County.
