Woman Sentenced to 45 Years for Aggravated Kidnapping of Her Family Member

On Monday, August 2, 2021, in the 9th District Court of Montgomery County, Texas, with Judge Phil Grant presiding, a jury found the defendant, Delia Gualdina Velasquez, 50, guilty of Aggravated Kidnapping.
