Magnolia made a large leap forward last year and the Lady Bulldogs are looking to build off that this season. Last year’s team not only returned to the playoffs after a three year hiatus, but did so with its first district title since 2012. Magnolia then marched to the regional semifinals for the first time since 2016 and battled eventual state runner-up Fulshear to a five-set defeat.
