A Magnolia couple are accused of sexually assaulting a toddler, according to authorities and public records. Timothy Derek Cassard, 39, and April Lynn Dorris, 31, are being charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first-degree felony, charging documents show. Cassard and Dorris are both out on a $75,000 bond each, according to court records.
