On January 14 at 8:18 p.m. Montgomery County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management shared, “Next week we expect winter weather to return with extreme cold temperatures and possibility of winter precipitation. For now while we monitor the forecast take these few days to prepare. Make plans to protect people, pipes, pets and plants. More information as the forecast becomes more clear.”
