SPRING, Texas – A suspected drunk driver was arrested following a three-vehicle crash on January 27, 2025, in the 4400 block of Spring Cypress. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office identified the driver as Oscar Ledesma, who showed multiple signs of intoxication.Ledesma underwent a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which confirmed his intoxication, according to Constable Mark Herman’s Office. He was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 15, stated the source.
