Nov. 8—The three times a petition to make any part of Huntsville city limits wet was submitted for election, all three failed for lack of qualified, registered voters. But that is not stopping Delfina and Otilio Perez, owners of Rodeo Mexican Restaurant and a food truck park on FM 247, are taking the task seriously.
