MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – A 14-year-old juvenile under the influence of narcotics led Precinct 4 deputies on a pursuit through Valley Ranch during peak shopping hours, according to a press release from Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden’s office. The deputies, along with Constable Hayden, safely contained the fleeing vehicle behind a shopping center, away from innocent shoppers.The juvenile was taken into custody for evading with a motor vehicle and DUI Minor, stated the press release.
