Three arrested in east Texas after week-long investigation linked to aggravated robbery

HUNTSVILLE, Texas – Three individuals were arrested in Huntsville on October 22 following a week-long investigation by the Huntsville Police Department. The arrests were made at a residence on Avenue M after detectives secured a search warrant.Joshua Jackson, age 20, Ladarrin Wallace, age 17, and Marquise Harrison, age 27, all of Huntsville, Texas, were apprehended for possession of marijuana, according to a press release from the Huntsville Police Department. Jackson faces additional charges, including possession of a prohibited weapon, evading arrest, and two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon. He also had an outstanding warrant from Dallas County for robbery.Evidence found during the warrant execution linked Jackson, Wallace, and Harrison to an aggravated robbery at the Quic-Pic gas station on September 7, 2024. Arrest warrants for this charge were subsequently obtained, and the charges were added. The suspects are currently held in Walker County Jail with a bond set at $300,000 for the aggravated robbery charge, while bonds for other charges have not yet been set, stated the source.
