Director Roger Ormiston is taking us to a small-town Louisiana beauty salon where our cast of quick-witted, wisecracking women get their hair done and bond over their shared experiences as Southern women. Truvy, Ouiser, Clairee, Annelle, and M’Lynn—whose daughter Shelby is starting the next chapter of her life with marriage and family—come together on stage in a sharp, funny, and deeply moving story of friendship, loss, and community.
