Montgomery County Approves 1,300 New Homes, Real Estate Growth Thrives Post-Hurricane Beryl

Montgomery County is not slowing down when it comes to residential growth, as multiple new developments are poised to offer a plethora of housing options for those looking to call the area home. Despite the challenges brought on by Hurricane Beryl in July, the county has greenlit an array of new constructions that promise to sprinkle roughly 1,300 homes across the region.
