AUSTIN – Hometown hero Troy Costello was recognized in Austin last week for his service and sacrifice to his community during the “Star of Texas” awards ceremony. The Woodville Police Department officer was among 21 Texan first responders who were honored for their courage and heroism in the line of duty.
