HOUSTON, Texas – Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office arrested a wanted suspect during a warrant service on August 9, 2024.The operation took place in the 19700 block of Dunbar Ave, targeting Willy Martell-Heckler, who was wanted out of Montgomery County for Failure to Stop and Render Aid. Martell-Heckler was safely apprehended at the location, according to a press release from Constable Mark Herman’s Office.”Willy Martell-Heckler was arrested and booked into Harris County for the open warrant. His bond and court information have not been set at this time,” stated Constable Mark Herman.
