On July 8, 2024, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office South Patrol Crime Prevention Unit was presented with the Outstanding Crime Prevention Agency award at the annual Texas Crime Prevention Association (TCPA) state conference in Corpus Christi, TX. The TCPA is comprised of both civilians and law enforcement personnel experienced in crime prevention, community safety, neighborhood watch, loss prevention, security, and citizen’s police academies.
