A Montgomery County woman is facing scrutiny after at least seven dead dogs were found at two different locations around her home, sparking outrage and bewilderment amongst locals. As reported by FOX 26 Houston, neighbors alerted authorities when they discovered the deceased animals — at least some of which the woman had taken in to foster.
