LIVINGSTON, Texas (KTRE) – Polk County Sheriff Byron Lyons said that a man from Montgomery County has been arrested after a business owner said he stole from him. On Saturday, August 17, 2024, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a theft that was happening at Livingston Lawn and Garden, on Highway 59 North. The caller reported a man, now identified as Sebastian Gerran Xavior Green, taking several Zero-Turn mowers from the business before leaving the scene.
