A Jersey Village man is in custody after showing up to meet a child following a sexually-charged chat. Roberto Garcia Jr., 31, had an explicit conversation with a minor under the age of 14, according to the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office. When he was trying to ask the child to meet up, investigators say, he was actually meeting officers within Montgomery County.
