CONROE, Texas — Two men have been arrested in connection with an alleged sexual assault of a 4-year-old girl and the consumption of child pornography, authorities said. Constable Ryan Gable’s Criminal Investigations Division conducted an operation on August 1, 2024, that led to the felony arrests of Joseph Shane Horn and Sean Brian Snead, according to a statement from the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office. The operation was part of a proactive investigation led by Constable Gable’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Detective.
