Soaking rains that continued through July are prompting Montgomery County and state officials to begin aerial spraying to combat mosquitos that are affecting recovery efforts from Hurricane Beryl. According to the Montgomery County Office of Emergency Management, spraying will begin Tuesday at dusk, weather permitting. Rainfall a boost for mosquitoes.
