HOUSTON (KIAH) – A baby was found living in conditions so filthy that authorities called it a hazmat situation. Investigators said they also found child pornography in the home. The Montgomery County Precinct 3 constable’s office obtained a search warrant for a home in New Caney on Tuesday.
