Education for Tomorrow Alliance (EfTA) is partnering with 74 companies in Montgomery County and beyond to give 175 rising high school seniors from 14 different high schools the chance to develop career readiness. The Student Internship Program (SIP) offers each student 80 hours of work experience centered around a student’s career interests. SIP, which runs through June and July, imparts lessons that can shape students’ professional pursuits.
