CONROE – The community of River Plantation in Montgomery County is coming together to help families affected by flooding. “We’ve taken what we can salvage out, but for the most part 50 percent of our stuff is gone. Clothes we’re trying to salvage, just so we can get back to work,” said Jessica Gutierrez.
