ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) – The Odessa Police Honor Guard attended the funeral of Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy Charles Rivette. Deputy Rivette died after being injured in an on-duty car crash. He worked for the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for 18 years. Montgomery County is just north of Houston.
