HUNTSVILLE, Texas (KBTX) -A new lawsuit has been filed, adding to the mounting allegations of negligence and abuse against faith-based groups with ties to the Brazos Valley. The latest legal action names convicted sex offender Daniel Savala and the Sam Houston State University chapter of Chi Alpha Campus Ministries in Huntsville, among other defendants.
