THE WOODLANDS, Texas – A doctor in Montgomery County has been arrested following an investigation into complaints of inappropriate sexual contact towards multiple patients. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said they executed an arrest warrant for Dr. Kozhaya Sokhon at the Adva Cardio Clinic in The Woodlands on Friday.
