MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX — In a recent presser, MISD Board of Trustees decided to renew their partnership with Local Law Enforcement Agencies. The press release dated February 20th, highlighted a MISD Police Department’s “Memorandum of Understanding” agreement with the other law enforcement agencies that have concurrent jurisdictions within district boundaries, including Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department, City of Montgomery Police, Montgomery County Constables, and the Texas Department of Public Safety.
