Caddo Mountain Spring Water LLC of Hot Springs Village is suing a subcontractor over the botched construction of a deepwater well in Montgomery County. The complaint, filed Jan. 8 in Montgomery County Circuit Court, alleges that Missouri-based Environmental Works Inc. drilled the well in January 2021 but didn’t follow the manufacturer’s instructions when applying bentonite pellets as a sealant.
