Montgomery County judge signs disaster declaration amid heavy rainfall, flooding

The American Red Cross has opened shelters in San Jacinto and Montgomery counties. (Courtesy The American Red Cross) Magnolia ISD announced in social media post that all schools will have a one hour delay due to severe weather in the area. Campuses will be open for student drop off, but bus routes will run one hour behind in order to accommodate the weather.
