CONROE, Texas (KIAH) — There are so many roads impacted by flooding in Montgomery County, county leaders are having a hard time keeping track of all of them. Days of heavy rain have made driving conditions difficult in some parts of that area, and those county leaders urge everyone there to “turn around, don’t drown” — don’t drive through standing water.
