“Repeat Offender Involved in Deadly Pursuit Arrested for Murder and Evading Arrest” A New Caney man, Bryson Ryan McClure, has been charged with murder and evading arrest after he caused a deadly collision while fleeing from law enforcement in a stolen pickup truck. The victim, who has not been identified, was killed instantly when McClure ran a red light at a high speed and crashed into her vehicle. McClure has a history of previous arrests for evading arrest and unauthorized use of vehicles in multiple jurisdictions across Texas.
