37-year-old Houston man accused of planning to sexually assault child, sending child pornography to person

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – A 37-year-old man has been arrested, accused of planning to sexually assault a child as well as sending child sexual assault material to someone. Samuel Adam Ochoa is charged with online solicitation of a minor and promotion/possession of child pornography. He has a bond of $100,000.
