Media Release – For Immediate Release – 7/25/2023. Aggravated Robbery Suspects Apprehended Within 3 Hours. On the evening of July 24th, 2023, around 7:15 pm, a Deputy with Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden’s Office was alerted while conducting a routine neighborhood patrol in Cumberland. The Deputy was approached by a distressed mother who reported that her juvenile son was just “robbed at gunpoint and had his vehicle stolen”.
