Man wanted for arson in Pennsylvania captured in Texas

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — A man wanted in Pennsylvania for arson was captured in Texas, Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable Ryan Gable announced today. On Tuesday, June 13, 2023, the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office Criminal Interdiction Unit assisted the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force served a warrant on Steven Ashby.
