In January, a former Montgomery County youth pastor walked into the Magnolia Police Department and asked to speak to a detective. In the conversation that followed, Michael Anthony Romero said that starting 20 years prior he had abused teenage boys under his care at the First Baptist Church in Magnolia, according to a criminal complaint released Friday.
