A Spring man was arrested Wednesday in the case of a hit-and-run wreck in Decatur last week where a pedestrian was struck by an 18-wheeler. Ledarien Marquise Shelton, 30, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on charges of robbery and aggravated assault causes serious bodily injury, according to jail records.
