A 19-year-old Porter man who admitted to working on his truck days before a deadly crash blamed on faulty brakes has been indicted on a manslaughter charge. A Montgomery County Grand Jury indicted Sebastian Lopez on a second-degree felony Thursday in the October crash in Woodbranch that fatally injured a 14-year-old boy riding in another vehicle.
