A Willis man was shot and killed Thursday after arguing with a relative, authorities say. Oscar Martinez, 33, and his brother were arguing outside of a house at 3 a.m. Thursday at the 700 block of Pine Circle Drive, when a gun was pulled, according to a release from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
