MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX — On July 26, 2022, Detectives with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, upon completing a theft of precious metals (air conditioners) investigation, served an arrest warrant for 30-year-old Justin Johnson at a local hotel in Porter, Texas. Detectives, believing Johnson is also a suspect in numerous copper thefts from construction sites in the area, executed a search warrant at his motel room as well. This investigation is ongoing.
